This year, our Prep family's annual dinner gathering - previously a Spaghetti Supper - is taking on a Fiesta theme and is being called Fiesta Friday, with taco meals being served.  We hope to see you all there for an event that will not only include a great Mexican meal but also some amazing raffles at $5 per ticket or 6 for $25, a performance by our Littlest Cheerleaders, a Henna tattooing station, and Prep varsity basketball games to follow!

The cost of the taco meals is: $6 for one taco, $10 for two tacos, and $40 for the max family rate (which includes immediate family - parents and children - with family members having their choice of a one- or two-taco meal.)   Taco meals will also include nachos, rice and beans, a dessert, and tea or lemonade to drink.  (Take-out will be available)  If you can't make it to the event, donations also are welcome as this event is a fundraiser for Prep's athletic programs.  

The online ticket form for taco dinners and raffles* is now live and available by clicking here. The form will be available for online  purchases through January 18!   If you prefer a paper order form, you can pick one up in your child's respective division, and you can also pay for your ticket at the door the day of the event.  (Tickets bought online will be picked up at the door at the event.) *Raffle tickets will be eligible for all raffle items.

To volunteer to help with the Fiesta Friday event: 
  • We are using SignUp.com to organize our upcoming SignUp for volunteers to help us with our Booster Club’s Jan. 19 Fiesta Friday event. You can sign up to volunteer in three easy steps: 1) Click here to see our SignUp page.  2) Review the options listed and choose the spot(s) you like. 3) Sign up! It's Easy - you will NOT need to register an account or keep a password on SignUp.com.  Note: SignUp.com does not share your email address with anyone. Earlier in the day on Jan. 19, our Booster Club will also offer a Fiesta Friday All-School Picnic grilled lunch for students and faculty/staff.  This gathering will take place from noon to 2:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 19, offering grilled hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, or a cheese sandwich vegetarian option.  Students may bring a "brown bag" lunch with their own drink that day (no lunch boxes, please!) or they can purchase the Booster Club grilled lunch through the below form.  Be aware that grilled lunch orders are separate from Cavalier Dining, which will be available for those students on the Cavalier Dining Plan (see link at the bottom of this page for Cavalier Dining).  Starting Dec. 11 and lasting through Jan. 16, you can click here to place student and faculty/staff online orders for the Jan. 19 All-School Picnic lunch meal.

If your child prefers to eat through Cavalier Dining for lunch on Jan. 19 instead of through our All-School Picnic, you will need to fill out this form to make our Cavalier Dining staff aware of that order.
