Registration and Attendance

Each student must have a completed registration form on file with the program prior to staying the first day. Parents are required to supply accurate records and phone numbers to the Director, keeping her notified of any changes that occur throughout the year. 

It is expected that students will be picked up promptly by the parent or surrogate whose name has previously been provided by the parent. This adult must sign out their child out upon pick-up, printing their name and noting the pick-up time on the sign-out sheet in the Extended Day notebook.

If, on any given day, someone other than the parent will be picking up the child, a dated note must be sent to the Director. Emails are acceptable. The individual designated to retrieve the child will be required to show identification to the Assistants on duty. A phone call will not be sufficient indication of change of instruction except in extreme cases.

 

 

How to Register

CampDoc.com

We utilize CampDoc for our registration process (including payment) and health history information.


1. “Sign Up” to create your CampDoc.com account with your email and a password here: CAMPDOC

2. Add “+” a “New Camper” for each of your children.
3. “Register” for a session.

4. “Pay” for session. (A one time annual registration fee of $4 per child will be applied to your final balance)

5. “Complete” the Health Profile(s) for your child(ren).

6. Return to your CampDoc account as often as you like with your Username and Password.
