How To Register

1. Visit ACTIVE and view the options available.

2. Select the program(s) you are interested in and the quantity of registrations you will be completing.

3. Click Continue.

4. Enter your email address, if you already have an account, you will be prompted to enter your password. If not, it will prompt you to create a new account.

5. Complete the fields about who you are registering for each session.

6. Check out and return to My Account Manager at any time

Camp Physicals – Sports Camps ONLY:

A completed, signed, and current physical form indicating the camper’s fitness for participation in Camp Cavalier Sports Camps must be on file for each camper prior to the start of camp.  For campers who are not students at Augusta Preparatory Day School, a physical form from their school’s athletic department from the previous school year is acceptable, as long as it has been signed by a physician.

Those who need to submit a new physical form for Camp Cavalier may do so in one of four ways:

Medical Insurance:

Students must have medical insurance in order to participate in a Camp Cavalier program.  All insurance information must be submitted at the time of registration.  Parents and guardians assume all risk of injury related to activities conducted as part of Camp Cavalier.

Terms and Conditions

ACTIVE processes the registrations and payments for all camps. A non-refundable registration fee of $5 per child is required at the time of registration. Camp Cavalier can not bill families for payment, and all fees must be paid in advance prior to attending a summer program. Remaining balances will be charged to accounts automatically through the online registration system for programs and camps one week prior to the scheduled program, camp, or offering start date. Registrations for any summer program offering scheduled 7 days or less to the start date must be paid in full at time of registration. Camp Cavalier only accepts payment through electronic funds transfer, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Camp Cavalier does not prorated any program or camp fee for any reason.

Late Registration Fee:

A $25.00 late fee will be applied to any registrations allowed within 2 weeks of the camp start date. Late registration will not be available in all cases as most camps fill before the end of the early registration period.    

Minimum Enrollment Policy:

In order for a session to be held, it must meet its minimum enrollment.  Augusta Prep reserves the right to cancel any session at any time due to a lack of registrants.  In the event of a cancellation due to low enrollment, registrants will be notified and a full refund will be issued in the same form in which payment was made.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy:

Families that wish to withdrawal from a summer program must contact Ms. Kenietha McRae, Director of Extra Curricular Programs, via email at Withdrawals two weeks prior to the scheduled program will be refunded the remaining balance, Less a $25 cancellation fee.  The non-refundable registration fee is not transferable. Any withdrawals within two weeks of the scheduled program are responsible for the full tuition (and fees, if applicable).

Refunds will be issued for withdrawal requests received two weeks prior to the scheduled program, less a $25 non-refundable registration fee.  The non-refundable deposit is not transferable. Full refunds are only issued if a program is canceled due to insufficient enrollment. In the event that Camp Cavalier cancels a program, families will be notified immediately via email through the online registration system. Families may transfer to a different summer program and apply the tuition amount toward the balance, or families may request a refund. In order to transfer to a different program or receive a refund for a canceled summer program, families must contact the Director of Extra-Curricular Programs via email. Registration fees are non-refundable. There will not be any refunds issued for summer program apparel items, Snack Shack purchases for any reason.

 Although it is unfortunate, some campers do leave Camp Cavalier mid-session due to illness, injury, or other extraordinary circumstances. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact our Director of Extracurricular Programs, Kenietha McRae at


Behavior: Camp Cavalier reserves the right to dismiss, without refund, any camper or student for inappropriate or unsafe conduct.

Media Release: Camp Cavalier reserves the right to use photos of videos of campers in promotional material unless a written request is received each year.
