Billing Procedures:
The registration fee for Lower School Extended Day is $15.00. Upon registering, you will be required to pay the fee upon registering. Following that first registration fee, you will then be billed monthly for each day that your child utilizes the Extended Day Program through your Augusta Prep account. The Extended Day Assistants and Director keep track of attendance using a log book. The State of Georgia requires that you sign your student(s) out upon pick-up, printing your name and noting the time in aforementioned logbook. Failure to do so may result in billing in errors. Please be mindful of this requirement.

Child Care Tax Credit:
The Augusta Preparatory Day School is happy to provide a Child Care Tax Deduction letter for Extended Day Services upon request. These letters are mailed at the end of January. If you would like to receive a Tax Deduction letter, please contact Laura Fuller, Director of Student Billing at in January.

Program Rates:

Registered Students:

3:00 - 6:00 PM: $15.00 per day

** If students stay less than an hour 
due to sports practice, we charge 
a courtesy fee of $10.00

Drop-In Students:

3:00 - 6:00 PM: $20.00 per day

For 1/2 releases where Extended Day is offered the rate will be: $30 per day or $6 per hour (whichever is most cost effective for the family)
*Please note 1/2 day release extended day will run directly from release through 6pm unless otherwise state on the Extended Day calendar. All students MUST provide their own lunch on these days.
A late fee will be charged for children picked up after 6:00 pm.
The late fee will amount to $1.00 per minute with no less than a $5.00 minimum.
