The Augusta Preparatory Day School Fine Arts Conservatory Offers Private Lessons in the following areas:

Guitar Viola Clarinet
Studio Art Piano
 Cello  Clarinet Xylophone

If you are interested in one of our private lesson offerings, please fill out the inquiry form provided below. Your form will be sent to Kenietha McRae, Director of the Conservatory Program. Once you submit your form, Ms. McRae will contact you within 24-48 hours to set up your first lesson.

*30 min lesson = $36 for Korean Language

Billing and Payment Procedures:
Augusta Prep Families will be billed monthly through NetClassroom for services received.
Non-Prep families will be billed monthly through the mail for services received.
The Conservatory Program accepts personal checks, money orders, or cash for payments. 
Payments can be made via mail, or in the Business Office in Morris Hall.

Missed Lesson and Cancellation Policies:
1. The student must give the teacher at least 48 hours notice when canceling a lesson. If the student fails give at least 48 hours notice, the teacher has the right to charge the student in full for the missed lesson.

2. If the student is more than 10 minutes late to the lesson, the teacher has right to cancel the lesson and the student will be charged for that time.
3. It is the policy of the Conservatory program that lessons missed, or those cancelled by the student less than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson time do not have to be made up. The Conservatory teacher had already committed that time to the lesson.

4. In order to reserve your time slot with the teacher, you must not miss more than two lessons in a row. If you miss two consecutive private lessons, the teacher has the right to drop you from their roster.
