Augusta Prep earns top honor as Advanced Placement Honor Roll Platinum Member from College Board

Augusta Prep has achieved the highest honor from College Board, named as an Advanced Placement Honor Roll Platinum Member for 2023.
College Board offers four levels for its AP Honor Roll criteria - Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum - in three categories. In the College Culture category, schools needed 80 percent of its graduating students to take at least one AP exam in 2023. Augusta Prep scored 97 percent. 

In the College Credit category, students needed to score a 3 or higher on an AP exam. In the Class of 2023, 81 percent of Augusta Prep students reached this level, far exceeding this platinum mark of 50 percent.

In the College Optimization category, schools with graduating students who took five or more AP Exams during high school, with at least one of those exams taken in 9th or 10th grade, received credit. To reach the platinum level, schools needed 15 percent of their students to achieve this level. Augusta Prep posted a 54 percent College Optimization score.
